Our groomer at Allen Creek is down and in need of repair. The area will not be groomed tonight. We will update as soon as we get it back on line.
Heavy rain to mountain stop has severely affected all aspects of our operations. Warm temperatures are forecasted well into the week with the hopes of a cooling trend late in the week. We are down a groomer in the Allen Creek area and will update as soon as we get it back on line.

Had a few good days riding in Vale again. Never made it to the drags but went and found some fresh snow and bluebird skies above the clouds on Saturday instead, was a terrible day, had to be cut short..burnt all 50l of fuel by 1:00pm...and a thumbs up to Varda for doing what they can to deal with the trail conditions, lots of adversity with this warm wet lower valley weather!

how was the snow in the back of allan on sunday? the front was terrible deep mashed potato garbage couldnt even ride it. was hoping the rain didnt make it further back

Saturday was epic, yesterday not so much, warm temps and rain ruined the snow

Rode Allen Thursday, foggy as all heck, Rode Clemina Friday, snowy, low ceiling, turned to rain later on..... Rode Clemina again Saturday, above the clouds all day, about 8" of fresh, made for a good day! Watched someone tempt fate on a south facing slope back in what I believe is called Danger Basin, it broke twice on him and he continued to poke at it, large group with him sitting watching, we left, didn't want to have to deal with that.
Drove home yesterday, poured rain all the way from Vale thru to damn near Jasper Townsite, then roads were dry and clear the rest of the way.
Huge thanks to Maxwell, T-Team, Tyler Fowler, and Brandon Steinwand for guiding us around at Allen on Thursday!

sat the snow conditions were great,sunday the rain made the snow crappy ,very wet and if you hit tracks from day before very hard, raining on sunday making the snow drop drastic, also heard slides happening,not near us so dont know excact location but do know there were slides.anybody going up watch terrain and conditions,

I recognize that spot, just about to the far end of allan, it wind lips into a small bowl as you fly north.

Don't think it's that far back it's just before super bowl. Ridge into the premiers is in the background......I think lol
