Unbelievable spring riding for sure, the best I have rode in for as long as I can remember. Thanks to Curtis for showing us around on Friday it was incredible snow and yesterday we rode all the way to the back of Allan and played in many honey holes that were to fun to describe. Gonna park the pro with a big grin this year, have fun everyone and yes there is still lots of snow out there and the trails are holding up quite well for this late in the year.

When is the Sled Junkies ride? They might need to stock up the liquor stores, beef up staffing at the medi-centre and have the women and children stay indoors.

It's this weekend, and lets not forget about the goats! Come stand by our fire on Fri or Sat evening, and buy a t-shirt to support our donation to the Clemina cabin.

The staging areas are dry although the access trails still have full cover for the most part. Please understand that in these warm temps, the lower sections of trails simply just do not stand up to the weather and deteriorate quickly. We try to manage trail conditions the best we can although there needs to be a balance between expense and revenue.
We will continue our grooming operations throughout the upcoming Easter Weekend. The last trip up the trails for the groomers will be the night of Saturday April 19th.
The DIXON Glacier, in the Clemina Creek area will open to snowmobiling on Friday April 18th.

Update from yesterday and this morning , snow up top yesterday was set up but found some soft stuff creek beds and treed areas , it snowed a few inches while we where up there, completely socked in at times. Got back to lodge and there was now snow dusting on the trees looking at the mountain , woke up this morning and trees where completely covered in light snow , it's now 10 am and snowing . Hopefully the precip keeps up and drops some good powder up top for the weekend.
