We were there 3 weeks ago , same area . Makes you think , as I raise my glass .

Condolences to the family and friends. Sad that the riding area that I think has one of the best avalanche info ends up with a incident on one of their areas. Lets hope for no more

Hi everyone,

Sad day for the family of a fellow sledder and our community indeed.

Lets all be sure that we learn from this tragedy and become safer and more aware as sledders. The CAC issued SPAW that was released on Thursday expires (on paper) tomorrow…this doesn’t mean the hazard has gone away! The sun looks to be staying out for a while longer and the snowpack is tricky this year. Make smart choices, stick to simple terrain and be aware of your surroundings.

Be sure to check avalanche.ca before your ride!

Condolences to his/her friends, family, and loved ones. Read the CAC bullitens and remember to actually follow them once your actually out there
