So many douchebags headed up the closure onto the glacier...embarrassing that some are so entitled. Huge failed fire by a bunch of idiots in the meadow. Cut down a bunch of live trees and tried to burn them with gas....blue collar hicks and some other clowns have a tarp tent hidden in the bushes that they are getting drunk at and cutting all the trees down around the tarp city to burn. ****ting and pissing all around the tarp city....sucks that there are so many destroying the sensitive alpine environment...co’s need to get up there and kick some Ass on these morons...no wonder 2 strokers have a bad wrap...

Did you go up on the glacier to make sure that's where they were going? Or just assumed so because they were going that way?
There is terrain to ride that is not on the glacier, also access for snowboard/ski lines too.

Unfortunately I had the misfortune of staying at the olive hut on a ski touring trip over the weekend to have 30-40 sledders come circle us and destroy every slope in front of us....

Invermere has always had a bad wrap and it doesn't seem to change in that neck of the woods....its really to bad. The sled club is trying there best and doing such a good job...

Break ins and truck stolen are news to me, there was a sled stolen after the truck it was in, piled into the ditch and was left for a couple days before they pulled it out.

We are not immune to theft and douchebaggery just because we are not a city. Since covid started there are way more squatters living in the bush than usual.

There was 75 sleds in Forster on Saturday and 60 on Sunday. You're saying 50% of the sleds were travelling together on the glacier at the same time? Come on I think you're stretching the truth. Any pictures of the 40 sleds circling you?

no I did not take pictures and no I did not say they all came up at the same time. 30-40 over the weekend is hardly an exaggeration...believe what u want, I think it’s know secret that this happens quit often in this area and pretty much expected at this point

Good day. Was all over up their in the (60). We would have loved to share with all. It took us a lot of work to get sleds up to top. It was a stopper no body wanted to work that hard. Now this lets share. One night of good winds up top and no tracks left. Let’s share it.
