Today. 1 was in our group. His ran great and offered some test drives to some lucky peeps.

1 had an unknown electrical issue. Would start then after trying to move would just die.

3 others had a small issue with the middle track clips peeling away some plastic on the sliders.

Came across 2 aggressive riders both with broken snow flaps.

One of those 2 was losing bolts for his seat.

Everyone who rode them said they were awesome. Well except for the guy with an electrical issue. Lol.

It’s great to come out with a game changing sled, but they really need to get their **** together on their build quality.

Thanks for sharing, the snow flap thing Is not uncommon. I ordered a different style for mine.

How was weight with snow on them?

Did they hold a lot in the track area?

Had mine out for a lil rip bud.... It holds virtually nothing... The whole box beam thing kept about a 1/2" layer of snowy/ice on it most the day and that's about it. The rest just falls out... It's noticeably alot easier to flip over by yourself out of the snow compared to a XM

Had mine out for 2 days in Revy... very impressed with this sled. The Ctech 800 is very strong and excellent torque! Break in day it was @8100 & 67-68 km/h .. didn’t check today. I believe I have that electrical issue as it cut out 4 times on me. From what I’ve learned one or dealer must reroute a connector near steering post. Other than that it’s an amazing sled out of box. I just need to get in better physical shape to ride to its potential.

All the cat sleds I been around needed the throttle safety switch bypassed. They have buggered up. Will sit there and run but touch the throttle and die.

The Yamaha use's the same setup on the SW and i never have had an issue. My wife and a friend of mine both on Cat have had issues. What i found is the Cat switch is too dry(not enough dielectric) and water will work into the switch as it is not sealed. I replaced both switches on those 2 mentioned sled's and filled the cavity with dielectric and so far no problems.
Yes this is a problem with many Cat's but also if the throttle cable is not set up or routed properly you will get the same results and from what i have seen some are not setup properly when they get PDI. That i believe was more the issue with the 2 mentioned above and not so much the switch it self.

Looks like standard rubbers, just no inners. Sweet setup though! Must suck back the fuel though.
