A theory or thought on rails that cracked.
1. run more air in front shock to stop bottoming out

2. if you let all the air out of shock. Move the suspensions up and down. It appears the limited strap flips over and the bolt holding the strap together jams on the rail.

Just my opinion

Sounds like the demo rides went well at Allen on the weekend.
More Alpha believers were created.
Know of one doo rider that was thoroughly impressed by power and handling......could not beat the little 800 in an uphill drag race.
You do not have to comment and expose yourself.

I had a chance to ride a 165 Alpha during the Alberta Cycle demo at Allen Creek. Coming from an 18 Polaris 163x3", i immediately felt comfortable on it. Power was exceptional, handling was great, i will seriously be considering one for next season.

I would also like to publicly thank Alberta Cycle for the back pack, shovel and probe, i forgot mine in Valemount.

I’m doing it wrong. Every time I work in my sled it gets heavier haha. It sucks. Did a 6 pound shock upgrade the other day.

Great work. It is now the weight of a stock Rmk. Should notice that when tossing around.

Nice pics there niner! I thought 545 was pretty good for a e-start model. Still lighter then a cat without e-start lol

Yes and it costs you less to get lighter than to lighten the cat.
