Acman being you have a non exclusive tenure use, you are going to get motorized traffic. You should show what areas you would like people to try and respect, also work together with the snowmobile clubs around you. Complaining and getting mad about it will get you nowhere.
MPS and other outfits...
The route is full of avi chutes, and definitely is no cake walk to get in there. Also there is a big washout from one of the creeks, in which makes it more of a challenge now.
Had the same problems with my Montana 700i, they don’t like being cold. I’m on my 2nd one, 4th power mount cradle being they keep failing. Now I carry extra batteries with me for it.
Was planning on up grading to the tread, but apparently it won’t track my friends that use rhino radios or...
Most of these operations only have an operations tenure not an exclusive tenure.
So they can’t not force us out. All they can ask is for people the respect their ski runs that they uses. MPC knows this, hence why they open the lodge and area up to sledders end of their cat skiing season.
Even my...
120” has no place in mountain riding where I ride. 137 will be far better, and stuck way less. But also realize, technology has really advanced from that old yeti kit and the rest of the manufacturers.
Could be better to sell yours and get a newer 137”x 2 1/2” or a 129” x 3”.
I know this is a old thread, but damn I got a good one.
I have never dealt or contacted this guy. That a hole Ted messaged me out of the blue about my big bore sled with my Arctic Edge built engine.
He claims that all the other builders do poor works and don’t get the hp they claim at all, his...
How long of minutes does it take till it says it over heats?
Have you air purged the cooling system?
Most likely the Tstat is stuck or the water pump is done.
I’ve more than a few p teks, One went 5000km before it blew, another at around 8000km, another one made over 12,000km, and another made close to 14,000kms all mountain kms too. So it can’t be that bad of a motor.
Really don’t need a shorter cable, just push it so the slack is under the hood. Might have to loosen a clamp thou. Did the same on mine with no problems.
To bad I didn’t see this post earlier, I just live minutes down the road from the main riding area. Could have toured you around, lots of good riding spots that not many know about.
Possible the bolts were not clean, they need to be free of all grease and oils for any loctite to hold. Clean the with some alcohol or brake cleaner first.
There is great riding around, just gotta know where it is and how to get into it. Best part where I go is barely anybody around and no parking lot cowboys. Over 30 years playing at my stomping grounds there, and now that moved back I’m ready to tear the crap out of it again.
Replace it with a slap down style like the stock one and leave it at its near stock location.
When **** goes down and your trapped in you machine, we need to kill that motor fast. The kill switch is in a pretty universal location, not everybody goes for to rip the tether off cause you didn’t...
