It’s probably in there as a flash back diode to protect the circuit. When the starter is disengaged it may create its own voltage back into the circuit as it freewheels to a stop.

They did change the throttle block from the 18’. It seems to have a little stiffer pull than the 18’. I hope they keep the throttle block like the 18’ it’s a little easier to finesse.

1 1/2 tanks per day is what they used. I supplied fuel the first day in revy. Took 6 gal outta my machine for them.
