I have a shoremaster with a 25 ft canopy that sits on the bottom. Same boat, make sure you get something that is around 5000lb cap. I have airbags under mine so when its time to pull it I just inflate and float it to the shore easy peasy. You really can't have canopies???
I use Metropolitan Credit Adjusters .... 780-423-2231. They do good work but it will cost you 30%. At the very least you hurt the deadbeats credit rating.

4.3 is a nice reliable motor .... I would recommend the mpi fuel injected though. It's 220 horse compared to the 190 and more reliable. Bayliner is the bottom of the boat industry imo. You will find a lot of campions etc in your price range.
Take the shaft out .... it's super easy. The bolt comes out in the socket then carefully stick an extension in as you remove the shaft to hold the gear and chain up. Putting it back together is also surprisingly easy although when you take it apart you wonder lol. Don't forget to unbolt the...

Plus if your on a hill you can probably rig your septic to be gravity fed to your field which would be very cool and reliable. Wouldn't worry about sand as was said it's one of the best things to have and you can always design in wind/noise breaks.
