Just got word that a slide burried an unknown number of people at Turbo
This could be devastating!!!
Anyone hear anything???

just talked to a friend in revy.. but my immediate fam is still un-accounted for.. 3 ppl.. so all updates would be appreciated.. my friend said to expect it to be a late night for anyone you know up there as no one will leave til they know everyone ok, plus there is a large involvement by rescue so they may want to talk to people to know what happened etc.. prayers for all of us who know people up the hill

Lets all hope for the best!! Not a good scene for an avy thats for sure. Usually a ton of people at the bottom of the hill.

Holy man, this is devastating. I spoke with Powder puffs son and he got a call from her allready and its unreal. Hopefully everyone is found and there all OK.

thanks glacier! agreed prayers are out for everyone up there. and your exactly right p_zizz there's always a lot of people watching which is the people who are likely buried. Not sure where in turbo so not sure how bad the run-out would be from it, but with the amount of people up there hopefully it wont take long to scour the area
