Oh yeah, as per your question Rocket....... Capt Jack did an awsum job on mine. He put on the CR 162 tunnel with just rail ext for now. The camo extreme 15x2.5x162 track & some Billet wheels for bling & he installed a Yoshimura muffler & ran it under the tunnel to utilize behind the seat for fuel(everyone know's how little the fuel tank is!!!!) & it sounds like it is Boost'd :D. I have a little clutching to do to get it spot on, but it's about 1200km so far with a few minor issues like that.

Guys,
getting back to the reason the thread started. I re watched mountain mod mania 3 last night about a 1000 times. As mike Irmen tackles the Monster in Revy. It gives great visibility of what to expect. I lost a little sleep last night over it. I hope the guys riding 2 stroke turbos that weekend remember to bring their XXXL nutz and leave the day to days at home. Though with a crowd at the bottom, shouldn't be to hardt to get the adrenaline pumping. if there is any fresh snow I think the monster is going to chew up a few rides and spit them out.

I have ridden the turbo nitro from Whitecourt Yammaha and it had no significant lag at all. Abit from stop but while rolling did not notice. Let us all know how the 2 stroke fairs at Yammy Days Mr Coops.

Just finished installin a series 66 turbo onto a RT1000.. Very sweet. It's also a Carbonfiber chasis RT1000.. After it was all said and done and ran, with 10G of c111 in tank we weighed it and it came in at 603lbs... SEt-up to run at 12lbs boost... Should be good, it's headed for vale this weekend.. Another install on the go already.. Turbo's ROCK!!!

Im goin out with a target on my back here, but heres my BEAF with the turbos. ANYONE can bolt on a turbo and go FAST or make HUGE HP numbers, BUT it takes talent a gift even if you will to build an engine from the lower case half to the tip of the spark plugs and make IMPRESSIVE hp numbers. I see this sort of thing on the track with the race car. PPL build a car strap a friggin ROCKET on its back and go FAST!!! Then you see a TOP FUEL Nitro powered car come to the line and go fast and you think WOW that engine builder did RIGHT by that racer. Just my opinion, old school maybe.:)

Here's my thought's on the turbo's these days compared to BB kits & other mods......... I am coming off an 05 RT with BMP 1100 kit & really looking forward to a "turn-key & go" sled with big HP. The fact that I can go out now & put pump gas in & run with most, if not all the sleds out there, without too many issues is a HUGE deal for me. Having to carry special fuel to EVERY trip is a bit of a pain & always tuning & watching the EGT's & having that thought in the back of your mind "is it gonna make it all day"? I'll spend the extra cash at once to have the peice of mind & HP to have fun all day everyday!!!! Knowing that these 4-strokers are gonna last more than a season(usually) is a great thought as well.
