Maybe not so bad if you're in the minority of workers who actually work and don't piss around, but there's not too many of them left so I think most including me say fawk that. You're at work to work, when you're not getting paid you can do as you please but when you're getting paid you need to be productive.
I'm willing to bet the bulk of people who said it's ok are more employees and the one's who say no are owners/managers and I wonder why that is? Pissing around is ok if it's not your money. I'd like to see everyone who thinks it's ok to spend a month where their pay is dictated on the productivity of the people around them, and see how productive they think everyone should be then.
Too many people have the mentality "oh it's a big company they make millions they can afford it", not the case. If a company isn't run efficiently they won't be around much longer no matter how big.
