We want to camp with an enclosed trailer pretty much at the staging area , which on e around Revelstoke is best for this.

Sorry but there is no overnighting in the RSC`s staging areas. You could try Smokey Bear or Canada West camp grounds. I think Glacier House has some sites but not sure if they are available in winter.

Go off grid, find trapper dude, lots of gas, food, winter supplies and get at it.

Lots of folks have done this long before when I headed for the hills, lots of abandon rickety cabins in them there hills to stage at.

Mackenzie beyond all the way too the Coke, do it while your young since its much easier to multi task the all.

My run was 2005 too 2012 threw-out much of BC, best support unit was a simple pick-up truck with sled in the box.

Still at it today, but a quad with tracks now that I'm moving faster, Ha. "Not."

Lots of ideas and photos of living in the cabin on wheels on the "Lost in the West" Thread.

Pick-up truck, back-seat bed, lots of warm gear, small gen-set with electric heater and all E crap, propane system, chain-saw & axe. Lots of food and water.

Toy and hidden gas jugs every-where. LOL.

Take lots too start, then practic the less is more.

Take on the Americas of frugal as she's one massive land mass.

Pal Lem at sharing in ideas.

Pan-Handle of Ontario, heard its a great winter get away.

More snow much colder, lots of dairy Kows, tobacco farms as far as the frozen eye-balls can see, and surrounded by Liberals,,, hey,,, even us PC folks like a challange, Ha.

Will talk to Justin too get him straight'n out. LOL.
