Winch Problems

I just replaced my winch a while ago because the old one crapped out, and now the new one that has only been used to lift my plow is starting to act up. it seems to work fine but dose not like to winch out.

Any ideas??

I think it is a crappy winch, but may be the relay starting to go.

Swap the terminals around on the winch and see if it reverses the problem.

I've tried that now and it did reverse the problem, so i think the solenoid is shot, so i replace it and see what happens. Thx
