Reading some of the comments from Arctic Cat in one article sounds like they are really trying to set expectations on where you should’ve be riding if you want one of these sleds. IE don’t buy it if you mostly ride packed trails or low snow conditions. Get it if you like tight trees, technical terrain and will be in good snow most of the time. They specifically compare it to riding a snow bike.

Guessing there will will be a bunch of people next year complaining about how fast they wore the hyfaxes out and how squirrelly they are to ride on their local trails. :)

Really sounds like a high performance sports car, incredible when you have a track or the right road to play on, otherwise you are just owning it for the image.

Might upgrade my 2018 as long as I keep the 2014 for sled skiing cause it sure doesn’t sound like a good fit for doubling.

I think it I gonna be a big hit, but no more first year sleds for me.
I hope the design turns out solid as I will definatly be there on year 2.
Think Cat can be trusted more than the other guys.

Better get the receipt book out Arff - they will sell.
New color on the hills.:thumbsup2:

Oh I really want one as well. But I am going to try to be sensible this time . But then I wasn’t going to buy one with the new motor until it had at least a year on it, but then I walked into a dealer who had them on the floor and the next thing I knew I had one so we’ll see how that works out.

What did you think a guy could get for his 18?
Maybe move it in the states?

Yes everyone should buy an ALPHA I hammered the engineer team with questions about this sled and I am 100% confident this thing is going to be bullet proof and is going to be a HUGE hit. Anyone who likes steep technical terrain, tree riding and or boondocking this sled is for you. Pair it up with a Boondocker Sidekick or a Supercharger and you will have the baddest sled around! If your a trail rider this sled is NOT for you. Our SnowCheck program started today and we will be offering as always the best pricing and best snow check program around. Sleds are up on our website check them out here: https://www.vernonmotorsports.com/default.asp?page=xNewInventory

I fly back tmrrw night. Here are a few more pics to hold everyone over.
