Wider A arms

Anyone on here have a wider A arm set up on their sports? I'm planning on doing the suspension on my YFZ this winter and curious if anyone has issues in the trails. Considering most trails are SxS friendly I'd like to think I'd be ok but I figured I'd ask.

When we ran the YFZ we used Walsh and Lonestar....had to keep taking them apart and flush and grease or replace bearings....

Went to the LTR and can run stock as they're wider....but now with the third gear issues I wish we would have stayed with the blue....

M0FuK1Dy, don't cheap out on suspension whatever you do, save for good $hit. 80HP is pretty fun when you have the suspension to back it up.

If i could do it all again, i would have done the suspension before anything else.....

I run Walsh Flow mx arms on my LTR. I don't like doing bush riding now. I think that the front is too pricey to wreck but I like mx more now. When I was stock arms which was 48" wide I didn't have too many issues. Do you have a steering stab? The wider you go the more the bars get ripped from your hands at high speeds.

Yeah I'm planning on doing a bit of a rebuild on it this winter. Most of the cash I plan to spend on a good LT setup as well as a rebuild on the engine just as a refresher

Yeah I've considered doing that. I've never done anything to set them up for my size or riding style since I bought the machine, but the settings they're on seem to work well. I am going to see if I can shed some weight over the winter here though. Having an oilfield job where I sit on my ass all day has fattened me up a bit haha. I think once I'm back to my normal 210-220lbs I'll get it all properly done
