Easiest way to increase power + exhaust noise will be a drum of nitromethane (same stuff John Force uses) mixed with your premium fuel. Huge power gain and complete exhaust system will melt off of sled which in turn makes sled louder and lightens weight of sled. Works every time on any machine. NO B.S.:)

with all that newfound horsepower, you've got to try that new BP 2-stroke oil. it's highly flammable with a burnt salty smell and the oil sticks to all moving parts really good and it comes in different colors.

I've got some schedule 80 pipe with a 90 degree bend - do you think that will work good?

A holley double pumper seems like it would be overkill, 750 CFM is a lot of air, I was thinking that I might be better off with a little household range hood fan mounted inline of the intake with an injector duct taped to it and a switch wired into the power wire of both injector and fan.

That way when you wanted more power, you could just flick the switch and the injector and the fan would turn on at the same time, pushing more air and fuel into the motor (forced induckshion - kinda like a girl I knew once LOL).

This way I would not have to change my exhaust routing from the handlebars.

Thoughts?

How 'bout a furnace fan to get you more volume to mate with that Holley carb. Run the fan off a belt from the drive shaft (more torque than the crank) or even better to a genset on your rear rack. That way your weight is balanced front to back.

The important thing is to keep the Holly carb 'casue Holley stickers are fast!
