Pay off all my family members mortgages, open a truck stop just south of town here similar to the husky in Acheson, and hire someone to manage it.
Then, I'd quit my job, build a shop and build/tune and fix boats.
I'd also inquire about investing in a couple of solid local businesses or possibly open a good restaraunt. I know I'd keep working in some capacity and once everything was bought and paid for I'd invest in my boy's future and start working on a sister for him.
