I know a lot of the S&M members work in the oil patch whether directly or indirectly. Are you prepared to boycott B.C. in this latest B.C. Government dustup over the Kinder Morgan pipeline? Hmmmmmmm?

This Pizzes me off. Kinda bold move for BC considering lots of BC residents work In Alberta, and the province relies on fossil fuels for their economy. Lots of Bitumen covering the roofs of there homes as well.

Tough to boycott the mountains for sledding, but we finally are getting some snow around home and have some options. Pic was floating around of waist deep snow in swan hills.

I guess I can haul my own fuel, and bbq. And sleep in the trailer for sled trips to bc.

Maybe I’ll load the trailer full of my empty bottles and cans and then take them to the B.C. bottle Depot! Screw your silly government out of the deposit money!

I am from BC and don't support the NDP and I work in the natural gas industry. Shut the pipe to Vancouver and stop coming to BC for recreation since its the south that is the problem.

Politicians generally serve themselves, look at the jackass who is the current Prime Minister, and David Suzuki doesn't help our cause, either. We run under more regulations then anywhere in North America, and are doing business cleaner and safer then the other guys. But the media doesn't care about the positives, they only focus on the negative as it sells better, and it reaches a broader, more ignorant audience. There are a lot of folk who think beef comes from Safeway - these are the people bitching about the carbon footprint and global warming caused by raising cattle that they eat, and the 1st ones to bitch about the oil and gas industry, yet fly somewhere for business or vacation, drive cars, and heat their house and water with fossil fuels...

Oh man is this ever true^^ seriously unless you are in the middle of the woods trapping for a living on horseback you should be promoting energy. But I suppose if you were actually living off the land you might be to busy to show up to a pipeline protest.
