1980 Pinto GT......Mustang 4 cyl, 4 speed. Used more oil than gas, back rug was burned out from previous owner. Had it for a year, and traded across for a '75 T/A.

I had a 77 Toyota corolla, paid $600 for it and i abused the crap out of it, but it held together. sold it to my aunt in 98 and she had it a couple years, i think it's gotta still be runnin out there somewhere. We named it the Silver Bullet, ahhhh the good old days

My first set of wheels was a 1966 Mercury truck with a 460 4 speed. I was 15 years old and bought it with my chore money. I grew up on a farm so I got to learn how to drive with it in the fields mostly.

had an 83 corolla and it sure could take some abuse in the end it took being rear ended by a half ton truck and pushed into the intersection where a minivan took out the front end to finish it off.

In 1964 that was a lot of money for a kid to have accumulated on his own.

Dad had a 51 Chev Pick-up that I kinda claimed, but the first car I bought was a 61 Valiant for 10 bucks. It ran 3 weeks before I killed the pushbutton tranny. Then I bought a 55 Bel-Air 2 door that I wish I still had. That was back in the summer of 72.

First car was a 1974 Nova Hatchback, 383 stroker, crush velvet interior, and had WAY TOOO much power for a 17 yr old!!!

Swamped for my dad on an 8 ton picker moving rigs for the whole summer and saved every penny. Blew the engine after a yr, sold it the next yr. Tracked it down a few months ago here, so I'm buying it back in a couple months!!! yeeehaaa! :d

.......how ironic, thanks to good old crackbook!
