You are absolutely right Larry, the tension comes from the apparent hate for one brand of tire. I've tried a few different tires on the same machines and have made my choice. I don't however knock any brand without personal experience. That said the radials that came on my 900 are crap.

Best thing I did to my stock tires was stud them for winter....

yes, and you have seen your share of tires, i find any new tire will usually fair better than a used tire of the same size, just looking to make a fair comparison, and fish is trying to compare a mud tire to an all round tire, he has no idea what the question was or any idea of what he talks about. but his mud tire may be his ideal all round tire, just not for the rest of us.. i think the zillas are great so far, forgiving in the mud, light weight, so far so good. the best all round tire? thanks Andy just asking, not condemning anyones choice.

fawk, i should have the best opinion going, i'm stuck lots..

Buy a RZR and some tire other than a Zilla and we will ride.

I bought my Bighorns off Kijiji really really cheap..... $200 for the full set of 27's. I'm very happy with the tire for what I paid for them and the types of riding I do. Are they for everyone? Nope, but it suits my riding and that's what matters......

Shouldn't matter what kind of tire you have, you should be out making the best of the day out riding, no matter how many stucks, or go around or whatever else you have to deal with!
