Just followin up on the ole tunnel shortening adventures and well to everybody and anybody who wants to install the MTNTK shortening kit cool concept/idea, but just get it welded!
Mine already was wheeping after filling with coolant.

Is the garage door frame really much worse than trusting the cheap pos oem bumper holding the whole sled up? Obviously it works... but man that would have been hard for me to put enough trust in the couple 6mm bolts holding the bumper to the bulkhead

Started on the restoration of an eu3000is. Pretty rough shape so it got stripped. All parts are getting cleaned and/or repainted.
New cylinder head from the C.H ina company installed.

check your rear bearings on your sxs was doing all my rear bushings on my razor while I had it apart was checking the bearings pulled the hub and both sides came out in 3 pieces inner part on both rusted solid to shaft what a mess getting them off just changed both 3 years ago mud riding must kill them o well its only money and time in the shop can't imagine what it would cost to have a dealer do something like that

get a couple of these. for front and rear. grease them a couple times a year and they last longer.

Going to order them this weekend have to check my front hubs upgraded them have to see if they are 40mm like the backs no need to get both if i don’t need them

Got the carb cleaned and assembled along with all shields.
Top end is complete.
Electric starter and recoil starter cleaned and installed.
Lots of cleaning and paint to do yet.

Going to build some cabinets/workbench in my shop this week. Corner workbench that is about 8' on the short side and 15'-16' on the other side. What does everyone suggest? Lets see some peoples work bench setups

Thats what I have in mind with a little more storage on top. Someone told me to try old kitchen cabinets which is a good idea because lumber is so pricey right now

yes it’s hard to beat used kitchen cabinets. Easy to make or order new doors to suit your decor but the basic structure is there, try and find older all plywood cabinets instead of particle board if possible.

even better is if you can find some cabinets from an industrial setting like a lab or similar.
