Ok I have to put in a word about Trading Captain Canada
I get really heated up when this move is complained about. CMON....K-Lowe had no choice that didnt point in that direction. you have a team in need of some changes, an all star at the age 31 (chances are that was his best year), and you are not going to the playoffs. You TRADE him as a playoff rental and hope for the best with some draft picks. Anyone who has a problem with the young talent the Oilers have coming up needs to be watching a bit more closely, K-Lowe has made some good choices there.
Another note, and please remember I am a huge Ryan Smyth fan and own one of his jerseys, the man is not captain material for the Oilers. If he was he would have had the spot long before. The smarts just aint quite there for that job.
Now for all you FLAMERS out there......playoffs this year or not.......you need a DEFENCE.....Kipper and Phaneuf are great but last time I checked you need to fill 4 lines.

:Holy Moly Roly the Goaly....seems to be when the guy is desperate he plays really well, bonus for us. He wants to shine so someone out there may actually sign him at the end of this year.
May I add as well, what is with guys throwing their sticks these days. Coyotes goalie just about nailed the ref and I believe roenick tonight threw his after roli's glove save. With that trend, glad to see Roli is actually holding on to his.

The kids did it again last nite 8 to 4. Roli was great between the pipes and we just might make the play offs, only 5 points out. GO OIL GO 
I was there last night good game it was nice to cheer that many times

I say we pick off the Flames....they are vulnerable right now and ready to lose ALOT! The boys are on a roll and we are in for an exciting couple weeks of hockey!

Well I will be at the game tonight as I am at all the games but tonight will be the big one and will tell the story. All i can say is go rookies as your showing the veterns how the game should be played "with alot of heart and never roll over like they did last year"
