My head was a lttle warped after drinking that evil RUM.The cylinders and head look ok but I'll get a straight edge from work and check for warpage.
Thanks for the advice.

We should look closely at the edges where the o-rings are, perhaps there is some wear on the head... or maybe you should get off your big pile of money and go out and buy a new head... lol

I can have a look on Saturday or Sunday with you, hopefully you will have more stock of that evil rum...

I think there's a thread in this jungle somewhere on it. I believe you tip the sled on its side and pour water in the bolt hole......then reinstall the bolt and hit it with an impact.....clutch pops right off! When under pressure try tapping with a rubber mallet around the clutch if it won't pop.
Or burn it

I got the clutch off using this method but that was the least of My problems. After getting the clutch off I turned the engine up side down and guess what I found. The lower crankcase has a big old crack in it at what appears to be the main bearing but at that point I gave up.I'll work on it as time permits.

I want to thank MAGNET for His advice on getting the clutch off the crank. The hydraulic method worked perfectly.
But then MAGNET never ceases to amaze Me with His wisdom and knowledge just like the time He fixed Posnicks Artic Cat throttle cabled with the end off a spark plug.Of coarse that didn't work out so well as the video will show.
Please watch what happened to the Cat and HAPPY MEMORIES of rides gone by.

my kitty chit the bed today... had to be towed home... not sure what the issue is exactly but I shorted out the electrical connection between the chasis control module and the CPU, cut the harness and hard wired it. It started but runs like chit..

further investigation required...

I'm pretty sure you're talking about the relief for the big end of the rod. It's the bulge under that plastic cover right? If so that's easy to have welded.
