Supposed to leave for red deer at 5:30am, but it's only been snowing for 20 mins and there is already an inch on the deck....

They are saying not to bother traveling in the morning if you don't have to.

Airdrie to Didsbury has been closed for about 3 hrs now due to a 15-40 car pile up

Please be advised that local ditch riding conditions have been upgraded from moderate (yellow) to high (red) for the GBCA. Expect that if the current weather system continues the conditions will be upgraded to Extreme (full throttle) by the weekend. In keeping with full throttle conditions it is highly recommended that you ride within a group, you should also carry or have readily available spirits of sorts for medicinal purposes such as aiding in pain relief for varying potential injuries, muscle pain, cold exposure, hydration etc.

Snowing hard in Stony Plain, rain last nigh so the roads are crap.

Snowed all the way from the GBCA to Valemount. Traffic was almost stopped a couple times near Jasper cause you couldn't see the road.

Bwahahahahahahaha........ The Weather Network is saying, that Calgary "will have close to 1cm between Sat afternoon and Sun morning"

In the las 30 mins, I have had rain, hail and now big heavy wet flakes and it's still snowing hard!!!

was snowing so hard today around 3:30 that i could hardly see the blind man river trail on the sled. had to wipe the snow off the goggles every couple hundred feet. sucked big

I was looking at my green grass yesterday and going to do an oil change on the mower today. At about 9:30 last night, it happened again :(

If it makes ya feel better, we have had flowers for over a month, guys been boating that long and I'm still sledding with over a foot of fresh this weekend
