Video for install of Arctic Cat tether kit for a 2015 M800 pro

Is there a video out there to help with the installation of the tether kit. The instructions are for a older sled and I need it for a newer sled that places it on the back. Any help out there would be great.

The installation of a tether is basic on A/C, especially if your using A/C tether. Plug and play. The biggest part of the installation is plugging into the main harness. The plug is located on the left side(clutch side), removal of the seat and fuel tank makes this job much much easier and is recommended. Plug the connectors, no splicing involved and drill the switch location hole generally just below the steering column and above fuel cap slightly to the left, not centered.
Test and your good to go.

Thats not correct Lund. Kind of plug and play, but not fully.

The OP is probably wondering how to pull the 2 wires out of the main kill switch plug. There is a vid out there on YouTube. It’s not that difficult. Slip a small paper clip or super small pick in behind and slide wire out. Takes a small jerk.
Lund is right about it being easier with the seat and tank off though. Be careful not to break the fuel line keeper clip into 2 pieces.

So I may be out in left field here, but if this was your question or what you needed help with, my finger is pointing at the 2 wires that comes out of the main plug(the large one top of pic), and pushed into the supplied tether plug. Then put the 2 supplied wires back into main plug. Clip all together, drill your hole, slap back together.

So yes Lund, plug and play, but a bit confusing

The kill switch wire goes all the way to the ECU so you can connect there too.

I apologize to the OP, yes I overlooked the main harness connection. Glad Allseasons caught that.
