Replay shows it clear, Seabrook looked and turned his head. It wasn't from behind, not boarding or elbow to the head. The game moves so fast that by the time both were committed to the play it was too late to back out. Will agree Torress has thrown some dirty hits in the past but as the rule states he was in the clear, maybe he beat the system but the league found him not guilty.
Im not saying Seabrook did it on purpose and Torress for sure ment to hit him whether it was with his head down or not is something you would have to prove. Starting to see many guys turn their backs or lower the head in hopes to draw the penalty, some times it works and sometimes you get your butt run over.
