It has been trying to snow all day in town, but is not amounting to anything. The mountain tops are all socked in so lets hope they are recieving a fresh dose.

Clemina, Allan and Chappell are all groomed up for the weekend

Keyhole is not yet groomed however the trail is now available for use leaving from the Clemina parking area, just turn left at the toll booth and take another immediate left to hit the trail. Riders will not yet be charged, but stop at the booth and let the worker know, so you dont get a note on your truck:) Please do not use the tiny pullout on the side of the highway to access the area.

Rode Chappel today, and with all the talk of pounded riding areas i really wasn't expecting much other than parking lot type snow. Not the case really. Hero snow sure, but still enough soft snow to play in to make it worth while and I looked like a hero while doing it. :)

We rode Clemina, Allen, and thanks to Depsnolvers advice rode Chappel on the last day and are kicking ourselves for not starting the first day there. Lots of fresh in and around the lake and into the second further bowl. Thanks again for the advice everyone......was an amazing trip until i burnt down my sled.

-33 overnight, currently -26

Clear skies although it has brung some wind that made yesterday almost unbearable at times.

Hard pack conditions in most areas, the trees are still in good shape, but any visitors should expect hard conditions until we see some snow.

Started snowing a bit yesterday and looks to be continuing on up high. Our collection staff reported a fresh 4-7" in the Clemina and Allan lot as of the end of the day yesterday.

Hopefully it will soften things up for the weekend

There is a gas station on the west side of the highway accross from the petro can. I believe it's an esso. You can rent beacons there.

Hey Curtis with 4-7" in the parking lots already how much would you estimate has fallen up top?
Thanks.

Oooh, this could get messy.......

4 being at clemina and 7 at Allan, I would say you have a foot up top of Allan, but I have not seen this with my own eyes.

If Allan has a foot, then Chappell has.........:d Groomed Thursday nights
