Hit up Allan it was good to lots of fresh out there! Didn’t have to search to far for good snow! Minimal tracks beyond avalanche Alley , were some old ones but could barely see them.. it was good! 8-16” of powder depending on wind loading

Trail was alright

Bypass around hill climb in the trees was a blast!

Didn’t get many pics , views pretty alright in this one!

I have to imagine that's a typo with an extra 0. Comparing to Blue River and McBride forecasts. But one can dream

The Avalanche Canada Mountain Weather Forecast is a great tool and is usually more accurate for mountain weather. Click on your region of interest and then scroll down to the weather section (after reviewing all the avy info of course) You can also get turbo weather geeky if you are into that stuff. Go to resources and click on Mountain Weather Forecast and you can go down some major rabbit holes.

Sure hoping this will come to be!

Chappell was fantastic yesterday. Probed about 170cm in the trees along the closure in the Northeast portion of the area. About 50cms of pow on top of the base. We didn't make it more than a kilometre from the gas drop. Made it back to the truck on fumes. Lots of open holes and creeks right now.
