Bet u that sled cost him over 30 with the extra warranty and bumpers. You’d be losing money if ya didn’t buy this one
Hell ya! You don't here things like that on this forum very often lol. It is entertaining listening to all the people waiting for sleds and getting notices not to start their new sleds and even more fun chirping buddies in group texts but at the end of the day I would ride any one of them, those new turbo G5's look like they are going to be a blast. Cant wait to get out here soonThis is why the sidewinder is the best sled to date…. Imho
Don't forget the under water tradeBet u that sled cost him over 30 with the extra warranty and bumpers.
Just asking because I really don’t get it, why is a 175 is becoming undesirable Vs 165?It seems that things have changed, I think my sled is a good deal and it is a great machine but no one wants a 175 anymore, I guess the trend has shifted, I won’t drop my price anymore as this is my trade value on my sled if the dealer will still take it on trade, or I just ride it and take the hit next year, with a little work this thing will be in g5 territory anyways. The reality for me is that these factory turbo sleds are awesome but they are the most depreciating as well and no one will want them off warranty unless they can steal it, for me I am really evaluating what to do for the future, its getting out of hand for my budget!
I think demographic more than anythingJust asking because I really don’t get it, why is a 175 is becoming undesirable Vs 165?
I agree with 175 vs 165 .. I did it for easier resale.Ha ha me too I guess… maybe being in 50s now has something to do with it but that’s exactly how I’ve felt riding 165s of buddies vs. my 174.
Sorry another dumb question but what’s the life expectancy of the turbo 850 motors (unmolested) ? I see a pile with 500-1200km listed, and read one bit guys were saying 3000km?
Paid $27.500 out the door for a 23 Lynx TurboGotta be a 28000$$ price tag on the Lynx turbo plus taxes?

Some of us like wheelies!Lots of turbos rolling with 4000km+ As for 165, they don’t need a bunch suspension work. Run a set of $70 spring spacers, crank the rear springs up to the stiff setting and tighten the limiter strap 1 bolt hole. Boom, you’re good to go. I see so many guys running a lose limiter, and have the rear skid softened up, the thing is going to wheelie.
Yes, and a quick flick of the limiter, and click on the rear spring and wheelie away. Some of us like wheelies!
