Do all you guys running electric oil pumps and water pumps unhook your headlamps...?

My headlight are unhooked, I run a Mountain Fit hood and airbox.

saga continues...new stator and capacitor replaced, now dead dead capacitor again and hopefully that is all. Sled wont start now and back at the shop. On the end of a rope on sunday for the first time. good times...

I bet a diode in the redline box has failed and as a result your are receiving a voltage surge which is causing the capacitor to fail. Most likely a diode in the box from the wire that connects to the injectors/coils. These run at 50V not 12V like the remainder of the system.

makes sense to me...he can keep it all fawking summer till he figures it out...lets see how the customer service works out, I have been more than patient...

Do I got a deal for you! Lol. Hope it gets worked out. Really takes the fun out of sledding when stuff doesn’t run as it should.

still got the Boost It sled kicking around? Man I would have thought that thing would be long gone.

How did they come to that conclusion? I haven’t been on here in a long time and just saw this.

Voltage regulator is in the ecm. The 50V circuits are way too high causing my issues apparently. It is like throwing darts blindfolded, two capacitors and a stator later, ECM is next in line....after that if that doesn't work, a match is next

Dang that sucks! Hopefully you’ll get it figured! I’m still looking for a buyer for my sled if that helps lol

Confirmed....Voltage Regulator was fried....of course on this sled, it is part of the ecm....so new ecm and **** should be good.

oh thats the sh**'s. at least you've got em figured and she will run for you this season. Any reason as to why it was fried?

haven't talked to the dealer yet, a buddy checked on it for me while I was in Sturgis I will hear from them soon I am sure.
