Hey guys my trucks wheel wells are getting to be in pretty rough shape from the rocks as I travel gravel a lot and I don’t want to add chrome and don’t want fender flares, has anyone ever colour matched that spray stuff kinda of a coating they spray on!? I like the looks of my truck and don’t want to mess it up but my paint is starting to flake pretty bad in the fenders and I’m not sure what else a guy can do thanks

I haven’t done it but have seen bed liner that was colour matched. Looked good and should last forever.

My 2012 3500 gmc had some minor rock damage on wheel wells and such.
I painted box panels and had rock guard sprayed on the wheel well lips and under body areas.
Really cleaned it up .
I will take a couple pictures if interested?

I did my truck last summer. Glad I did. My box was rusting over the wheel wells. Took it to a few shops thinking of repainting it. Every place told me it would be cheaper to buy a new box.
So I went with a bandaid repair and had the box liner sprayed on. Went dark gray on the side and white above the bumper. Also had the insides of the wheel wells redone.
I used Armorguard on the north end of Edmonton. I Think all said and done was around $2,500.00. Can't recall exact price. But I'm glad I did it.

If you already have rust, linex is the only way to go. The aerosol products are a waste of money. But if you catch it early enough, do your prep work properly and use a decent quality epoxy first, products like upol’s raptor will do what you want for more like 500. Depends what your time is worth to you, and what your skill set is.
This one is raptor, but I do this stuff for a living...
