I've had a little wet spot in my pants for this BBK ever since I heard about it. I was just at Rapid Revolutions asking Kevin a bunch of questions. He reasured me that it was a really reliable kit and that the gizz motor can easily stand up to this mod. While he couldn't say for sure exacly how much power it will deliver, he speculated 75-80HP  which is a pretty kick azz improvement over the stock 46.5HP.

Browsing around, I found someone who was reocommending the Trinity 734 kit with a +8 stroker for a total of 804cc. The dude said that it delivers way more torque and still uses the 105.5mm piston. When I asked Kevin about it, he said that he doesn't really recommend anything more than +5 stroke which works great in combo with the 734 kit. I'm kinda new, but I think that works out to 778cc.

I REALLLLLY want that 815, but I think the 778 setup wil be close to $1000 cheaper. Anyone have any idea what the output difference would be between these two kits?

I heard the grizz 700 runs alot smoother aswell with the BBK.
ya I've talked to rapid rev aswell about it...but they only really knew about the 770 bbk..when i asked about 815cc upgrade they seemed rather unsure...then I was at riverside this last week..and there is a guy that did up one with the 815cc bbk and I was talking to the service guy and he said he was amazed on the power increase...ya I heard the same as you..about 75-80 hp increase..which is awesome for a single banger..hahah..its just a costly upgrade...all parts in is about 2000 bucks and then laber added which is costly..but I'm saving up for it..haha
