Who paid for the heated cabin that his daughter sat in all day?

I was fortunate enough to ride up to the Renshaw when the trail was in nice shape but I have experienced my fair share of pounded trails to know that it does frustrate the hell out of you.
But one also needs to realize the trail fee does not only cover the actual grooming cost but all cost associated with maintaing a trail system.
The OP had a family member stay in a nice heated shelter while everyone else rode. 1. Who built the cabin 2. Who pays for the propane? 3.Has the Renshaw ever faced a closure? who will stand up for snowmobilers to ensure that you still have a place to ride? 3. Who owns the road, maintains the bridges and carries the liability insurance for the trail? 4. Did you park in a parking lot? who built it? was snow plowed? 5. Is there any landholder agreements in place for any leases for these areas?
Now do all of this X3, and now I hope you may just start to realize that the grooming is only part of the fee structure.
I may be assuming that there is cost associated with a few items on my list but this is what clubs in MB need to pay for out of there trail pass.

yes I understand what the money is used for and I do appreciete the work that is done by all the volunteers and the workers. Usually when I leave the cabin I try to make sure it's cleaner than when I got their and I ussually leave something behind to help keep the cabin stocked because some peaple do abuse it and damage it by vandalizing it which is to bad and really pisses me off. I had no complaints over the cabin or anything else just the trail and maybe my english isn't that good and I meant no harm or insult to anyone directly, but maybe a sign could be posted to show what the money is used for and show what the trail might be like do to weather conditions since this turned out to be a learning curve for me and i'm sure i'm not the only one that doesn't no that much about grooming and how the weather affects the trail so much and the more u can keep peaple informed the less complaints happen. u could post a sign just like they do for avalanche conditions in the area from good to poor to help keep a sledder informed. just an idea
