Need a fuel pump for my water truck. Can’t get a mechanical one for a month and a half so my tech buddy is gonna plumb in an electric pump. Keep this ole Louisville alive for a few more years.

Nutrisionists methods come from the government! just look were listening to the government has gotten us?
That’s what I basically do also.
Breakfast isn’t until 10ish maybe 11 o’clock and then supper.
I figure cutting down on the calories is a good thing. Most of my carbs are are in the morning so I burn them off.
I like protein and most of that is red meat.
carbs are definitely the problem most of us have! i try to eat to 0 carbs, protein is good, sugars are very bad!

I just got a stern talking to from a liver specialist about diet, and activity, and alcohol, and blood pressure and and and....... a new journey is starting for me.
I quit all the bad stuff cold turkey, no pop, no sugars (dextrous, fructose, lactose), beer, whiskey, bread, cereal and a whole bunch of other stuff!

The plan is made for you. Now think of two scenarios; will power and determination.
You can doo it Tyler.
exactly, if you want a change you will make it happen, takes a commitment to get healthy, for you, your family, no one else can or will do it for you!, my doc, tells me what is going on that morning, i went cold turkey walking out the door, easiest thing i have ever done, and the hardest thing to keep doing! best of luck!

It's going to be a challenge. I'm very much a convenience eater. I eat whatever is quick. I love my bread I love my pasta I love my rice. I have a hatred towards vegetables and don't do a lot of fruit. I don't eat fish, number 1 because of a shellfish allergy and number 2 because I don't like it unless it's covered in TarTar sauce, lots of adjustments to make and new lifestyle more than anything.

yes, it may be the toughest thing you ever do! if it helps, focus on who you are doing it for!
