The weather has been stupendous.......right around +30 and I'm loving it

i hate +30, way to hot, especially wearing coveralls.

The only time it's not too hot is at the lAke or a pool.
Wifey is a steel worker and their blog was +40ish yesterday.

not much gets done at that temp, i'm thinking i got some heat stroke yesterday, felt crappy all night

Sounds like it. You need to up your water intake, might help (as I sit min my air conditioned cars....lol)

yes you need to drink water, on a continuous basis, not when you get thirsty, then it's too late, i was to;d, 5oz every 15 minutes. at that heat you urinate vary rarely.

that stuff gets really hot in the sun
