might have to get a set of "turf saver" tires to show acreages and farms.......

it too looks good.... I'm going to try to get the Cycle Works Ace for a weekend soon, try the 300 then maybe in spring buy a 570 http://www.polaris.com/en-ca/atv-quad/sportsman-ace-570-voodoo-blue

Why stop there? With your assets, buy a quarter section out west somewhere where you like to camp, and subdivide it. Set up camp and show and sell the parcels.........lots of deductions there (toy hauler, truck, toys, etc., and etc..)

The weather has been stupendous.......right around +30 and I'm loving it
