From what my Uncle was told by his insurance company, if you are out camping with RZR and put it inside garage at night locked up, you have better insurance rate on RZR......
He also told when leaving camp to lock up ATV in toy hauler, unfortunately his toy hauler is also open concept and very small, so they only do that when they leave it all at the lake for a few days at a time.

I have not heard insurance thing. Just sometime if we arrived late at night don't have to unload. Or can pack up early and stay another night.
Current toyhauler is on kijiji.
