They are using Baking Powder lots on YouTube these days to help with the crispiness.
When you mix all your things together add a teaspoon of Baking Powder. Mix it well, then add the wings and marinate.

That is the most annoying thing about getting the cataracts removed. Can’t complain about that too much as it is just a minor inconvenience.
