so I'm going to wing it tonight

mixed up a batch of sauce for raw frozen chicken wings

franks
hp
stubbs bbq sauce
maple syrup
some beef broth for moister
3 garlic cloves
frozen chicken wings

all in a ziploc bag going to slow cook on pit boss tomorrow (without the ziploc)

first batch I screwd up turn heat up at the end for chrispy and got charcol

Just fueled up. Be there in 19 hours lol

I’ve seen brown sugar mixture used on BBQ’ed hams. Crust is crispy and delish. Best ham ever had. I’m talking a real ham roast not these processed things in super markets
