It's a German meal called rouladin(spelling). It's thinly sliced red meat, rolled with a pepper in the middle, covered with home made beef gravy

Buddy Ron's mom used to make that for us when we went to the races in Phoenix. They had a place down there. Unbelievable! She could speak German fluently.

Helluva hockey game tonight. Canada down 2 goals early and badly outshot come back to win 6-2 and will play for the Gold Medal tomorrow night against the Checks. You should watch this game Ray!
