Had to shove an inch of wet heavy stuff this morning.

Going to do a mess of wings in the air fryer today.

Got them cleaned and spiced up. Marinating now, sort of.

Slab of prime rib is also marinating waiting for the Q tonight.

Chicken wings are for the cookers when sledding.

The prime rib is a Christmas left over. Pretty decent left overs, eh!

Bought a 3 bone prime rib but the kids left too early. So Bev and I have to clean it up.

Cut it into small roasts (one bone/roast) and that is enough for us for a great supper with Yorkies, etc.

The second night it will be hot prime rib sammiches.
