Keep in mind the guy had to spend like ten grand to get the sled to work how it should stock
See what happens when you stay out past 11:00pm? The site crashes and you go MIA fo 2 days.

Huh? sure not what the majority of users of the top selling mountain sled for 2011 found!!
Trench
Maxwell should check the snowcheck poll in the Mountain section on snowest forums.47% have checked Polaris, doo is way back there
believe it or not I rode with a guy from saskatchewan in revy this year that had a turbo poo and it actually worked really good. Even me as a hardcore yammy guy can admit that sled was rank. But apparently it only lasted 14 days of riding and it was pooched. but it was a rank machine till it blew apart.
Like I said they will run just not for long. Yeah there cheaper but hey you get what you pay for.:d
If you guys actually got out of the parking lot more rather than sitting at home bashing other brands, you just might see more turbos that run fine. Just saying.......
how many days did you hit the mountains this year? I just hit 40 days of riding yesterday. they are out there but ones that really run good are few and far between and they dont last very long before there cooked. just sayin.

how do i figure that?? i havent done nothing to mine. best stock sled i have ever ridden. 850 miles this season trouble free.
Great your one of the few. Been lots of posts dissin the Poo on here this winter by Poo owners. I love how Poo has one yr in the last 3 that they have put out a product that seems ok but longevity still hasn't been proven. Ride with Doo's 09's that have 4000km's on them with basic maint. Lets see if you can make the same statement 4 yrs from now, Doulbt it:d
One of a few??? come on.. is this the only site that you check out and read for polaris sleds???
I do agree that polaris has had soem seriuos motor issues in the past.. but their 2011 800's are way better, with not even close to the problems.
i personally know of 2 other sleds that i have rode with that have well over 1400 miles on them and still not a problem.
now just go read over on snowest in the polaris pro ride forum.. u will find more ppl happy with their pros with no problems... infact here i will give u the thread on it (just one of them many)

now on to your skidoo comment. dad has a skidoo xp 09. that thing has been in the garage and apart more times the i care to count. for electrical problems, clutching, ect...
then lets talk about the 08 xp's with their crank issues. got a friend, who wont ever own another ski-doo after all the problems he has had.. that sled went thru 3 cranks this seasons. first one went at 1200 miles, the next 2 didnt even make 300 miles total. both cranks that he bought after were the factory upgraded cranks right from skidoo.
all manufactures and sleds have their problems. and they will all make u walk home if u ride them long enough.
I like how when there are comparisons about longevity there are only 3 manufacturers doo, poo and cat. But talking longevity none even come close to the 4th manufacturer even when turboed they out live the others at by at least 3 times. JMO.
