On my fourth set on the company truck which is a 2500 gmc 6l and I average about 45000 with about 1000 lb of tools and material. Also gravel roads beat them up pretty good from being so soft.

Same problem as me. Maybe in an empty truck with no weight on it they would last. Not worth it imo.

35 inch BFG mud terrains, going on 87,000 km on 2011 3500 dodge diesel. sled deck and sled on in the winter i can go anywhere. Some of the worst driving conditions i have ever seen last winter with all the freezing rain and i had no problem.

Right on man. That will be a nice tow rig. I use to like the good year silent armours, they were surprisingly good on the ice. But now i switch back and forth between winters and summers. For winters now I use avalchance extremes made by Hercules, studded tire. They have wicked traction on Icey roads but would wear out fast in summer time

Pretty stoked on my duratracs.
Can't say enough about Goodyears warranty either.

Had a set of pro armour something or rather, separated after 40k. Goodyear put a set of 4 duratracs on my truck for 600$ out the door. It wasn't a free set of tires, but was better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

Just picked up 35\12.50\18 Dick Cepek FCII for the dodge 1 ton... WOW what a change. I guess if a person is used to your unit handling one way you really think there is no better. Snow and ice control is unreal!!

The diesels eat up front tires a lot quicker than a half ton. Just more weight to carry around.
Actually the rears get eaten up quicker too with all they sweet sweet diesel torque.
