Tire Chains

I'm interested in getting a set of tire chains for my dually for the heavy snow days in the mountains. Anybody have experience with a certain brand or where to get the best price? I'm probably going with a set of triples for the rear and considering a set for the front as well.

Trygg's all the way, if you can get them small enough for your pickup. If they do, get the boomers on both the inside and outside and the cams on both the inside and outside. My .02

Tryggs are excellent but can be pricey. If you're not using them much save some cash and buy regular v-bars. The v-bars are only surface hardened so with use they will wear quicker than the tryggs which are hardened all the way through. When I worked in the patch I'd wear out two sets of v-bars a year. I switched to tryggs and one set would last the whole year, but werent as good in the mud. Like was mentioned, get the cam tighteners for sure. I preferred boomers only on the outside, but to each his own.
