built-to-the-hilt 327 w/ Hilborne mechanical injection sitting in a circa 1966 Race Engineering chassis (found in a scrap yard outside Edmonton) built to be as close to late-60's style as current specs will allow. Pretty rad mo-chine.

Is it an old boy that races it? Runs on alcohol? When I was helping my buddy at horsepower solutions in edmonton a few years ago we dyno'd a dragster that looked very similar.

Lol that's funny we were hanging out in one of the hangers yesterday and the purple truck behind the dragster drove by and we were all wondering why it had a 2x10 bolted to the bumper.now I know

Haha that's funny. Yeah Lee's dad uses it as the push vehicle sometimes.

The guy who owns and races it is Lee, he's my age (27) but his dad is heavily into it too. Could be the same car, isn't too many like it around that's for sure.

That dog's name is Dozer and he's still just a pup, not even 2 I don't think.

Good news is, I have some video. Bad news is, I don't have much video and it's all still on the camera...

Most faster cars were burnout kings anyway - the track was pretty green this year as they had to scrape the runway from last year.
