Hey guys so I've started the install on my 13 xm. I bought a TSS liquid to air turbo kit and I,m going to be honest I really really don't want to hack a 3 inch hole in the tunnel of my very clean well keep sled. So i took a real good look at it and I sure I have enough room to fab up a belly dump exhaust tip. My question is has anyone out there done this and if not do any of you think this will screw up the performace of the kit.

I am with you you! I would want to hack a hole through the tunnel either. I can't see this hurting the performance. Is there room to go out the front like aerocharger kit?

No it would have to go out the rear basically a tight 90 and right out the bottom.

As long as the pipe is a similar design with minimal back pressure then I can't see it hurting

I was just talking to Dave about this last night at the sled show. The reason they went to a tunnel dump on the conventional kit is because when you get in the deep stuff the stock port can plug off and cause bogging. Especially with the 2.5" pipe. On the instaboost they have upped the diameter to 3" and went back to going out the stock port with no problems.

It wasn't on a turbo but my cousin has a tunnel dump can on his xm, and we where in vale last year with crazy deep powder and his sled wouldn't run. It was like there was to much snow up inside the tunnel. The next day he had a mbrp can on and ran good.

Never had a issue with exhaust out bottom of shock tower in front... is there any issues with ice buildup on tunnel dump??
