Well if you own a Nytro or have own a Nytro you are all to aware of the noisy clutch syndrome....the awesome sound of the 4stroke buried by the awful rattle from the clutch.
If your a new owner of a Viper and never owned a Nytro, you will eventually find out what the noisy clutch syndrome is all about.
Well i think i found a cure, after many many clutch updates, mod's ect. at no real results and continual noisy rattly POS. went on.
I took it further this year after pondering over it for a long time and basically LOC-TITE the PTO stub shaft with 280 bearing and shaft loctite. Noise GONE, the sled sounds like a street bike with an attitude now. I did this over a month ago and have been riding it since, sounds as good as day one still.....NO RATTLE.
We will see if it make's the entire season, but remember i run a turboed Nytro with a 174 track, she has a load on it all day long. Plus i live where everyone else drives too to ride...LOL
