Thanks to Superclamp!!

Shout out to Randall at Superclamp. I busted a handle on one of my Superclamp II's that I had for over a year and the dealer I bought it from wouldn't do anything for me as I had no receipt. I got ahold of Randall at Superclamp and he went out of his way to pick up my clamp from my shop in Calgary, replaced the handle, and is holding it for me until my next trip down to Calgary to grab it-free of charge!

Not too many guys that will stand behind their product like that! He will have my business in the future for sure!!

I heard he has great customer service! I have been meaning to get one of my super clamps fixed but it is more of a cosmetic thing.....the orange hook part boke the first day......but one day I might see him! lol

Drove away and haven't seen it since. I hope somebody finds it on the side of the highway and places and ad in the local newspaper int he lost and found section. Now if Super Clamp stood behind their product enough to cover dumb a$$ moves like mine I would be super impressed.

One of the hooks broke on one of mine and the same great service. Changed the hook (same day) and no charge. Wow.

Can someone post his number here so i can call him? I broke the inside spring/hook thingy and need a new one. I like the super clamps so much i dont care if i have to pay for it all. I bought the rear ones too and think there a great product. Just remember to keep them in your cab while riding cause apparently others think there so good there worth stealing.

I found one of the older grey superclamps in the middle of the road 2 or three years ago. posted on here, called all the dealers, nobody wanted it back.
One of the end handles was broken off, brew_doo phoned them up and they sent out a new one free of charge. Great outfit to deal with.

I agree. They noticed that my brother in law had some old parts on his clamps from the prototype and changed them right in the parking lot at Tim's in Revy at no charge. Top notch service and really nice guys.
