Just gunna throw it out to the masses and see if anyone else wants to head up there this weekend. Myself and the gf are planning on heading up gunna see if I can't get Bogger to make a guest appearance. Maybe convince some of the other Gbca'ers. All welcome especially if you know the area really well.... I can find my way around to some good snow but don't know it like some of you guys out there.

I was thinking about going to the goose tower area. I might tag along. Don't know if it is worth traveling yet as I am not sure if the snow is better then what we have here

I was up 2 weekends ago and the snow was wayyyyy better than Edmonton then.

If the wnr crew is going I may have to tag along with you guys if that's ok you guys know the area wayyyy better than me and had a blast last time I tagged along

2 weeks ago it was 1-2' of fresh... But not much for a base

I fear everywhere is going to be all base now until we get another dump... yesterday was hard on the snow, got real wet and sticky compacted and then froze... I was however eyeing up the drifts on the west dide of 43 between Onoway and 633...some of them look like doozies

I was just there on monday Chris, they got at least 6-8 inches of fresh snow on top of what they had. I picked up a 350 Hitachi shear for Tervita from Penn West battery 9 a few clicks south of town, road wasn't plowed yet and she was 2 sets of tire chains and there's still a piece of my seat pinched between my cheeks....fawkin' hills. looks like awesome conditions there, guarantee there will be lots more in the trees.

SO glad I sold my trucks LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT I always end up missing it every so often as we all do im sure.
